We must lease our house!

We need your help! It is going to be very difficult for us to leave on a year-long trip and continue to pay our mortgage for the year.  We’ve been trying, unsuccessfully, to sell our condo for about 5 months.  We’ve only just started looking seriously for a renter, but we don’t have much time.  Consequently, we are offering it a very good price (about $100 less than any other rental unit in our place, even though ours is the biggest in the development).   Please, if you know of anyone in the Dallas area who is looking for a new place to live, starting anytime from now to October 1st, please let them know about our place.  It will really help make our trip more successful.
